Arsene Wenger’s side are one game out of the FA Cup semi-finals and will be looking to repeat their impressive form of last season’s semi-final, which saw them beat Chelsea in their opening game.

Wenger’s men travel to Stamford Bridge on Saturday, having gone unbeaten in their last six meetings.

The Gunners won their last seven games in all competitions last season and have been on a roll, having won all three of their FA Cup matches this term.

Arsenal’s recent form has been built around a potent front three of Olivier Giroud, Aaron Ramsey and Alexis Sanchez, and Wenger’s tactical plans have seen them use an array of combinations to try and frustrate Chelsea.

Wenger will have his men ready to take the game to Chelsea, with the Gunners leading at half-time courtesy of a goal from substitute Cesc Fabregas, but the visitors will be without captain Aaron Ramsey.

Fabregassa, who was ruled out with a knee injury last week, has returned to full training and is expected to start for Arsenal.

Arsenal are also without top scorer Mesut Ozil, with Mesut absent for the first time since December with a calf problem, and have lost the FA cup final for the fourth time in five seasons.

Wenger is hopeful he can bring Ozil back into the side, but will have to wait until the last minute to do so.

The Arsenal boss will be hoping to pick up another goal in the tie as he tries to keep his side in the Premier League, where they were knocked out by Liverpool in the first round last season.

Wenger has been targeting a victory for Arsenal for months, but has failed to achieve it in four matches this season.
